![]() When I asked to escalate to a manager they said a manager couldn't help me so they will not escalate. When I called a customer rep they refused to provide me a method to access the DLC and refused to give me a refund. The Collectors edition is still sold on the site and it still advertises the "From the Ashes" DLC. Unfortunately "From the Ashes" is apparently no longer available on Origins (at least according to the company rep after they had me re-install the game twice). Recently I decided to get back into playing again so I downloaded and got all the DLC. I played through with some of the DLC but not all. So a few years ago I purchased the Collectors Edition/Digital deluxe edition of MassEffect 3. Information, Guides and Announcements for the EA app. ![]()
